Meet the Kids
|
Olga and Rubenia Alfaro are 9 years old and twins.
They were born on Christmas day to humble parents out in the country side a kilometer from Cascabel. These two girls and their 3 other siblings were found sleeping on cardboard and newspaper and were very malnourished. This was the first family in Chinchal who came to the Lord, With the help of A Heart to Love Ministry, these kids are well fed and clothed and are going to school. |

Yuberlin and Mariela
Today Yuberlin Mayorga is 7 years old. She was abandoned by her parents when she was only 3 months old, her older sister Mariela was 2 years old. The girls were never at the dump but we found them in a humble house with her grand mother Concepcion who asked us for help. The girls were badly dressed, without shoes, malnourished, with anemia and slept on the floor. Since 2003 we have been helping them with the offerings that come in. Today they have school supplies, go to classes, eat and are clothed and are part of the project in Cascabel.

Carlos Manuel Iglesias is 6 years old.
His mother felt alone and had nothing to feed Carlos and abandoned him when he was a year old. His father never acknowledged him. He was cared for by his grandparents who worked at the dump. Little Carlos spent his days at the dump because no one could look after him. In 2003 help came when A Heart to Love Ministry found Carlos Manuel and he is now part of the group in Cascabel.

Isaura Gutierrez is 11
was at the dump as a one year old. She was rescued from the dump when she was 9 by Pastor Carlos and Walter. She is now in school and has not returned to the dump even though her parents still scavenge there.

Renan Estrada Gutierrez is 13
and came out of extreme poverty. For 10 years his parents worked the dump to be able to buy food for their family along with Renan. For the last 3 years this boy has been studying thanks to the ministry A Heart To Love. Today he is dressed, has shoes, eats well and has not returned to the dump. He is with us in Cascabel. |
