After election violence: Pastor Carlos was called into the town of Quilali. The police chief got drunk and armed the drunk people of one party who killed 6 people of the opposite party. The chief is in jail and the people of the town are angry with the gov't not letting any one to come in. They are very hurt. The mayor told Carlos you are the first permitted to enter town because you bring food and hope for reconcilliation.
The 83 families in town got 25 lbs of food each.
