Question: What is a Missionary flute? Simply a flute with a verse to facilitate a project.
Current Project: Helping 18 children that had been scavenging
in a garbage dump in Somoto Nicaragua for metal and plastic.
When I met the Kids of Cascabel in Jan. 2006, the kids had been sleeping in the sacks that once held rice and beans.
With donations of children in 3 elementary schools, churches, my customers,
family, friends and many individuals, Flutemaker Ministries has helped funnel funds for food, beds, sheets, a parcel of land the size of a city block,
shelter and a well.
Below you will find the Missionary flutes and the mini ocarinas we are offering.
Here are some verses that we use:
1) Blessed are the Peacemakers. Mat. 5:9
2) Then those who sing as well as those who play the flutes shall say, all my springs of joy are in You. Psalm 87:7
3) Make a joyful noise unto the Lord. Psalm 100:1
4) Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord. Psalm 150:6
5) A joyful heart is good medicine. Proverbs 17:17
6) A cheerful heart hath a continual feast. Proverbs 15:15
7) Your favorite verse will work too. Just place it in the comment box on the order.
